Something I am really good at. The thing about over thinking is, it makes things even worse than it is and gets you sad for things that actually do not even exist.
Was over thinking about “stuffs” last night, so made a quick illustration out of it.

Typical Kathmandu-ian wooden windows. Beautifully carved. I really want to learn now to make these windows. Maybe one day I will.

When I went to Goa some time back, I found this cute little cafe and they had these creepy looking yet beautiful underwater plants. The leaves and flowers of this plant looked like any water plant but the roots of it was so pretty and purple! And for the record I am very attracted to purple and love purple. So, just took a picture of the roots of this plant.

I love to give hand made gifts. I made this illustration for a friend whom I call Boo. Put in in a clean and minimal frame and gifted to him for his birthday.
Happy Birthday Boo! <3

Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Nepal. Sketch by Oza

“We were breathless and sweating as we stumbled up the last steep steps and practically fell upon the biggest vajra (thunder-bolt scepter) that I have ever seen. Behind this vajra was the vast, round, white dome of the stupa, like a full solid skirt, at the top of which were two giant Buddha eyes wisely looking out over the peaceful valley which was just beginning to come alive.” -Allione, Tsultrim (1986)

The ‘Holy monkeys’ will stare at you and hope to grab some food; the stupa’s eyes will look into your soul and attempt to calm you down. There are two paths to get to this epitome of Buddhist stupas: the more convenient one, that allows us humble people to drive right up to the southwest entrance, and the more rewarding one, that we overcome by climbing a long stairway of 365 to the main entrance.
And the view is nothing short of wondrous. (Description by Darshan Shakya)
